Auditor General Liu Jiayi meets with Maldivian Auditor General

Mr. Liu Jiayi, Auditor General of CNAO, met with Mr. Hassan Ziyath, Auditor General of Maldives, in Beijing on 20th October.
Mr. Liu extended his warm welcome to the visiting Maldivian delegation. He highly valued the friendly relationship between China and Maldives, and expressed his wish to further develop the relations between the two SAIs within INTOSAI and ASOSAI. Mr. Hassan Ziyath thanked Mr. Liu for arranging this meeting despite of his busy schedule, and envisaged stronger ties between China and Maldives under the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road” Initiative.
The two sides also exchanged views on the future cooperation of capacity building as well as other issues of common interest.
